Both have a lot of mythics that were hyped for casual and Commander play but not obviously great for Standard (these are the Gods for Hour of Devastation and the Dragonlords for Dragons of Tarkir ), both are sets without a rare land cycle, and both are the final sets in their respective blocks

Spellskite Spellskite is a must-include on this list, and I think it would be wrong to rank it any lower
